Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any information provided with your order will be used only for processing and shipping your order, assisting with support, and informing you of known issues and product availability related to your purchase. All of your billing information remains private on our payment gateways’ secure servers and cannot be viewed by any member of the Equinox team.

Payment

At this time, all payments made through the Equinox Systems web store are processed through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may register at http://www.paypal.com/. Your order will ship to the shipping address specified at PayPal checkout.

B-Stock

All B-Stock items are sold as-is; returns will not be accepted. B-Stock items may have defects including but not limited to scratches, blemishes, dents, surface imperfections, grease/dust/dirt spots, performance characteristics that deviate from those of normal stock, misaligned parts, misconfigured parts, missing parts, light damage, etc. By purchasing B-Stock, you agree that the sale is final and returns on B-Stock items will not be accepted.

Return Policy

All sales are final upon receipt of payment. If there are any defects noticed upon delivery of shipment, please notify us immediately at support@equinoxsystems.net. We will do the best within our capabilities to accommodate your needs or exchange parts if there is a clear need. Please submit photos of any issues to help us understand how to best help you. Refunds and returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis and will only be taken into consideration if we are notified of issue(s) within 30 days of delivery. It is left to the discretion of Equinox Systems to determine the validity of claims related to product defects. Equinox Systems is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the product during transit after the product has left our facility; any such damages are the responsibility of the courier.

Liability

Equinox Systems is not responsible for any injuries that occur during handling, use, or assembly of our products. Many of our products can be used in high-voltage applications. We recommend that you are very careful when working with electronic components. Do not disassemble, make modifications, or expose electronic components while any item is receiving electrical power. By using our products, you are doing so at your own risk.
